“Food is paramount to the people”—this time-honored Chinese virtue has remained unchanged through the ages, and even in today’s highly advanced era, we should never forget it.
“Food is paramount to the people”—this time-honored Chinese virtue has remained unchanged through the ages, and even in today’s highly advanced era, we should never forget it. By the same token, every parent hopes their child will deeply grasp this truth: after all, every grain of rice and every drop of soup should remind us how hard-won they are.
The Children’s Noodle Workshop is a specialized classroom dedicated to preserving and passing on the tradition of noodle-making. Here, children can explore independently, create with their own hands, and savor the fruits of their labor, thereby cultivating practical life skills, enhancing their overall quality of life, and embracing the beauty of everyday living. As the saying goes, “When granaries are full, people learn propriety; when food and clothing are sufficient, they come to know honor.” The Children’s Noodle Workshop serves as a miniature school, nurturing in young learners diligence and wisdom, gratitude, a spirit of initiative, and the resilience needed to thrive in life.
First, the children’s noodle‑making workshop comprises a flour‑milling system, a flour‑sifting system, a juicing system, a dough‑mixing system, a stir-frying system, and a pasta‑processing system. At the same time, each of these systems is equipped with age‑appropriate tools that encourage children to explore. When designing the kindergarten noodle‑making workshop, we adhered to the principles of “maintaining hygiene, ensuring proper protection, and prioritizing safety.” Furthermore, from the children’s perspective, we have also developed dedicated curriculum modules:
Children between the ages of 3 and 6 are in a critical period of brain development. At this age, they are highly curious, observant, and highly malleable, making it easy to cultivate their interests, expose them to culture, and help them form good habits. If children receive quality education during this stage, the benefits will last a lifetime.
The early childhood dough‑craft workshop is rooted in traditional culture, nurturing children’s admirable character and passing on the finest aspects of Chinese heritage. Through hands‑on exploration and learning, young learners experience joy and develop a love for life.
The Early Childhood Flour Workshop is an eco‑friendly campus that brings children closer to and deeper into the rhythms of everyday life. Here, children can roll up their sleeves, create their own delicious dishes, and savor the fruits of their labor, gaining a hands‑on, heartfelt connection to life. Guided by the spirit of “survival skills, filial piety and gratitude, diligence and wisdom, exploration and innovation, and sharing and collaboration,” it seeks to instill and pass down the rich traditions of Chinese culture.
Children can learn about ancient cultures, experience the wisdom of our ancestors, acquire modern skills, and discover the joy of work. Here, they can trace traditions back to their roots and gain a deep understanding of the origins and evolution of Chinese noodles and other staple foods. They also develop an awareness of rules and social responsibility, learn to collaborate and share, and come to appreciate filial piety and gratitude.

“Food is paramount to the people”—this time-honored Chinese virtue has remained unchanged through the ages, and even in today’s highly advanced era, we should never forget it.
“Fun Parkour” not only helps strengthen young children’s physical fitness and develop their motor coordination, but also showcases the teachers’ and children’s healthy, energetic, and positive spirit, fostering their harmonious, healthy, and joyful physical and mental development.
Small hands, big childlike hearts, genuine artisan charm.
Do you still remember the “Ying County Wooden Pagoda” in the China Pavilion? Were you not captivated by this thousand-year-old tower—the tallest extant all‑wooden structure in the world?
The Ceramic Delight Workshop: A Specialized Classroom for Young Children
Pottery encapsulates the pinnacle of traditional Chinese aesthetic sensibilities and the spirit of craftsmanship. What you inherit is not only time-honored, exquisite techniques but also a civilization that has endured for millennia. I hope you will pass it on without reservation.
Establish a life skills center to cultivate children’s awareness of the dignity of work.
In a bright, clean kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, children dressed in red chef uniforms sit and stand—some kneading dough, others pressing noodles, and still others shaping steamed buns. Nearby, the teacher patiently corrects their techniques, carefully guiding them to master the proper methods.
Offer golf lessons to cultivate independence and build confidence from an early age.
Typically, golf is played on expansive courses that are far from city centers, and the lengthy time required for each round has hindered its widespread adoption and development in China. In reality, as a sport introduced from abroad, golf is a healthy activity that benefits children’s physical and mental well-being. The four letters of “golf” stand for green, oxygen, sunshine, and friendship—four words that capture the very essence of the game.
Five Key Cognitive Characteristics of Children You Should Know!
No parent doesn’t want to raise their child well, yet sometimes they still feel at a loss when it comes to parenting. “Know yourself and know your enemy, and you will win every battle.” When educating your child, guiding them in accordance with their cognitive style can often yield twice the results with half the effort!
As early childhood education becomes increasingly important, many kindergartens are introducing distinctive programs to set themselves apart from their peers. These specialized offerings may include art, singing, dance, or public speaking and performance—activities that not only spark children’s interest in learning but also help boost the kindergarten’s reputation. So how can a kindergarten successfully implement such specialized education? And what are the benefits of these tailored programs?
